Multisensory Park
Seneca Falls is a slave to its past.
A once bustling place for female suffrage and manufacturing, is now a quiet town over-saturated with museums of its past yet lacking tourists to visit them.
My project proposes to bring life back to the town for the current locals.
It re-purposes the abandoned factory mills into water treatment plants which intake rainwater, filter it and release it back into the river.
It also creates an interactive island in the river which changes function and appearance throughout the seasons.
